Item condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Fitting policy: Trying on items is allowed, but wearing the items is not permitted.

Multiple size orders: Returning items deliberately ordered in multiple sizes for the purpose of keeping only some is not allowed.
Return Process

Request a return by emailing us at info@lunverowear.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package is safely delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition meets our return requirements, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.
Liability

Lost packages: We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect addresses: If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible.

Reporting address errors: Any mistakes in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
